  Owner and staff took a sincere interest in our family. They comforted us during the loss our our dog Gunther. I can tell they run a first rate business, but I can also tell that underlying all their business practices is a passion for pets and helping pet families. I recommend this company without hesitation.

  The recent loss of my feline companion was heartbreaking. The people at the Pet Loss Center were compassionate and understanding and made the entire process simple for me at a time when I was very distressed. I am very satisfied with the package I chose to memorialize my pet. I highly recommend their services. Thank you!!!

  I had the pleasure of speaking with Maureen over the phone concerning the passing of our cat, Presley. She was compassionate and answered all of my questions. Once at the facility she explained the process and was very comforting during our visit. I would not hesitate in using their services again Thanks again Maureen!!!

  Easily the worse time of my life. Everything I do centers around my little one. I interacted with 4 different members of the staff, and it was amazing. I was hysterical. And I admitted I was. But they took my crazy needs into account and helped me do what I needed to do. Wonderful people. Wonderful everything. I drove from Addison at 6 am to be part of the process.

  Nothing can be done to fix their mistake or take away the additional pain they have caused us. Our cat had 6 toes on each paw. We purchased a paw print and cremation services from The Pet Loss Center. The paw print only has 4 toes on it. It makes me question if they mixed up the paw prints or if they just aren't attentive. Either way, nothing can be done to fix it now. The least they could do is offer a refund for the paw print, since it doesn't resemble the paw print of our 6 toed cat that is forever gone now.
